My mouth has been watering ever since then. Oh, and the chips & salsa that are served while you wait? Definitely add some freshly squeezed lime juice to the salsa...and to the culichi. Absolute perfection. Any chance you can get the recipe for the culichi sauce...or how they prepare the shrimp culichi? I'm SO going there again this weekend! Friends of ours turned us on to this place (the original on North Grande). This place has either just expanded with a banquet room and lovely patio or it will be expanded soon. Cold-cold beer and great seafood - what more can you want out of life. Almost better than the beach. P.S. The shrimp cocktail is FANTASTIC. Get one to share before your culici.
